Marmalade : Cafe and Boutique

My fav salad in the world- Avocado Accent

Beef Lasange - Yummy and huge

Had an eventful afternoon with Nell at Marmalade, a chic cafe in Bangsar Village 2 that I'd recommend to just about everyone.

Ambience : I loved the 'clean' off-white high ceilings and the striped feature wall on the side. We took a seat near the edge, where it offers a comfy outlook with throw pillows. Everyone just chats away comfortably, without being too conscious of one another, and this kinda reminds me of being in Dome.

Servings : We made up our minds on sharing our food, so that we could taste more of what they could offer. We ordered Beef Lasagne and Light Avocado Accent (it's actually tossed salad of roasted chicken, avocado, apple, capsicum, cashew nut, raisins and lettuce, tossed in olive oil, salt and lemon) and both were in huge servings!! It was so huge that we only ate like half of each, and packed back the rest home. The food was tasty, and service was quick. To top it all off, I had a Banana+Orange+Honey+Yoghurt smoothie, and Nell had a Detox Juice, alongside our desserts of a cupcake and a Strawberry Pound Cake. Yummylicious!

Price : RM5 - RM19 only!!!

Recommended to all; family lunch and dinner, or just a plain hang out cafe with your girlfriends over the humongous cakes that the cafe offers. BTW, they also have WiFi for your surfing pleasures.
